• Late Cancel: Cancel 4 hours in advance to avoid $9.00 late cancellation fee
• No-Show: A missed reservation will result in $12.00 fee
• Freezes: Two per year, up to 30 days (illness or travel)
• Memberships: Renew automatically. Cancel in writing at least 7 days before renewal.
• Guest Pass: Use your Guest Pass to bring one friend to any regular drop-in class for free. One time use.
