Costa Yoga offers both heated and non-heated classes.
The schedule will always show the temperature style before the class name.

Heat + Safety

Our heated classes temperature ranges between 95–105°F (depending on the class), with humidity maintained at 45–55%.
 Remember to stay hydrated, bring water, and most importantly — listen to your body.
